Terms of Use

Baton helps parents record and review their child's daily routine, and share that log through iCloud. You are granted a license to use Baton for personal, non-commercial purposes under Apple's standard EULA.

Baton is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. The suggested nap window, the vaccine schedule and the charts are reference information from published sources, cited in the app. Always ask your pediatrician about your child's health, feeding, sleep and vaccinations. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

The core features — every kind of entry, timers, Live Activity, widgets, partner sync, full history, 7-day charts and CSV export — are free. Baton Plus is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks the extra features described in the app.

• Baton Plus Yearly: US$9.99 per year in the United States and 99.000đ in Vietnam (other countries: the price shown by the App Store), with a 7-day free trial for eligible users.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase or, if you start a free trial, when the trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; Plus stays available until then.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase Baton Plus.
• If the price changes, Apple will notify you as required by the App Store before it applies.

Baton Plus Lifetime (US$19.99 in the United States, 199.000đ in Vietnam) is a one-time, non-renewing purchase, available on every device signed in to the same Apple Account. Restore it for free in More › Baton Plus › Restore purchases.

Both the yearly and lifetime purchases support Apple's Family Sharing. Anyone you invite to your log does not need to buy anything to view and add entries.

All purchases go through the App Store, so refunds are decided by Apple under Apple's policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Everything you log in Baton is yours. We claim no rights to it and never receive it. When you invite someone to your log, you are responsible for that sharing, and the invited person can view and edit every entry in the shared log.

Sync and sharing depend on Apple's iCloud, your network connection and your iCloud storage, and may be delayed or interrupted for reasons outside our control. Export a CSV from time to time if you want your own copy.

Baton is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the app is error-free or always syncs instantly, and you should not rely on Baton as the only basis for decisions about your child's health.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Baton in the last 12 months. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting the consumer rights you have where you live.
